Strategy that allows to define the type and relevance of IP protection based on the determination of the Inventive Activity (non-obvious), novelty (new) and industrial application (useful), as well as the definition of the territories of interest to expand the protection (normally by using international treaties such as PCT, PPH and/or Paris Convention).
